Ordinance 06-03 - Licensing Fee Schedule Information can be obtained from the Building Department. Mobile Home Set Up Permit - $100.00 Mobile Home Electrical for 200 MAP Service Pole - $45.00 Fees apply to Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Roofing, New Construction, Residential and Commercial Additions, Mobile Homes and/or Already Constructed Houses moved onto property, Storage Buildings, Pole Barns, Pools, Alarm Systems, Electrical Upgrade of Service, Solar Water Heaters, and more. State Registered Contractors and State Certified Contractors are required to obtain a County Occupational License. There are no half year fees.
